The Bible says God chastises those he loves. He is like a father to his children and makes sure that the children are on the right path by disciplining them. Let us not be angry when we are corrected even if we do not understand the purpose of the correction.
Remember you do not belong to yourself but to God who bought you for a price, therefore he has the authority to do whatever he wants to do to you. Just imagine a child complaining to a mother as to why the mother took her for immunization at the hospital. The mother understands that her baby needs to be protected from the six-child killer diseases through vaccination, but the crying child sees the immunization as unnecessary pain inflicted on him simply because of lack of knowledge.
Hey complain not when you are disciplined because you do not know what comes after that!
